With the order ID, we'll be able to locate and restore your subscription. Please, follow these instructions to find your order ID:

  1. Open the following link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders 
    You will need to log in to your Microsoft account first and then navigate to that page.
  2. In the "Order History" section you will need to find your Planner 5D subscription purchase.
    There is "Order details" right below it. Click on it.
  3. A new page with the details of your purchase will be opened. You need to copy the URL of that page and provide it to us.
    It contains your order ID (you can see that section in the link) which we need.
  4. That's it! We'll do the rest for you!
