To make a purchase on the Web platform you will need to access your Profile. That can be done by clicking on your avatar in the upper right corner. 

There you’ll see a section Billing. That’s where you can buy a subscription or render/texture packs. Just click on the Upgrade plan or Plus sign to make a purchase.
